1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Coremove platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Coremove reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform dashboard. Your continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Coremove immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.2 Compliance

You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.

3. Fees and Payments

Coremove operates on a "Pay as you grow" model. Fees are calculated based on transaction volume and service tiers.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Merchant is responsible for all applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, architecture, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of Coremove Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for internal business operations.

Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform is strictly prohibited. Feedback provided to Coremove may be used by us without obligation.

5. Limitation of Liability

"To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coremove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage."

Aggregate liability shall not exceed 100 SAR or the amount paid in the past six months.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Coremove reserves the right to suspend access for breach of terms without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Survival provisions include ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits.
